Our Group Classes

We have a range of classes to suit a range of different fitness levels and goals.

Using a yoga ball for support, you'll go through low-impact bodyweight exercises that are gentle yet effective. You'll work on enhancing your balance, core strength, and flexibility while reducing strain on your joints.

Ball

Step class is a fun cardio-focused workout that incorporates a step platform to elevate your fitness. You'll follow a mix of choreographed movements, focusing on improving your coordination and stamina while targeting your lower body and core.

Step

A full-body workout moving through different stations, either in groups or solo. Each class is unique, focusing on strength, endurance, and cardio. Incorporating rowers, air bikes, and tree weight exercises this class is adaptable for all fitness levels.

Circuit

This class uses barbells, dumbbells, & bodyweight exercises to work for all major muscle groups with varied reps and weights. It's designed to build strength, lean muscle, & improve overall endurance. Scalable for every strength level it's a convenient way to fit a full body weighted workout in one session.

Tone

A low-impact class focused on strengthening your core, improving flexibility, and toning muscles. Mat-based pilates uses bodyweight exercises to target the core, glutes, and legs. With plenty of variation, it's scalable for all levels and is perfect for building stability, control, and strength.

Mat Pilates

A fun challenging workout with lots of variety combining free weights, rowers, air bikes, and core exercises. Similar to our circuit but with a heavier focus on strength and cardio, it's a step up in intensity and duration while still being scalable for all fitness levels.

Chris became the owner of X-Road Fitness in 2021, having been a dedicated member for more than a decade prior. You can find Chris either leading a class, conducting personal training sessions, managing the front desk, or making sure that all his members feel welcomed and supported in their space.
