X-Road Fitness offers a range of freestyle classes bringing flexibility and variety to group fitness in a fun, welcoming and motivating atmosphere. The classes provide aerobic, strength, toning and stabilisation exercises, suitable for various fitness levels and abilities.
High and Low impact moves are combined in a choreographed format to achieve an aerobic workout.
Step involves a variety of choreographed stepping movements and patterns performed on a platform/step.
The toning component of the class develops strength and muscular endurance, and often utilises barbells and weights to achieve this.
A great low impact class, which tones, strengthens and shapes your lower body, focusing on the tummy, thighs and bottoms.
The Ball-X Class includes a combination of Aerobic and Fit Ball exercises. The fit ball is an ideal tool for core strengthening and improving balance, tone and flexibility, while the Aerobic component targets the cardio-vascular system.
The X-Trainer is a non-choreographed workout using a variety of training techniques and equipment. The intensity levels of this class can be adapted to include a range of fitness levels, welcoming all participants.
Our Yoga class follows a sequence of traditional yoga postures/poses performed and synchronised with deep breathing techniques. It is designed to improve muscle strength and flexibility.
Circuit involves using a variety of equipment and techniques to achieve a cardio-vascular, interval training program combining non-choreographed aerobic, strength and toning exercises.
